Wolverhampton City Council needed to announce the post-lockdown reopening of their arts and culture sites, and to familiarise the public with the new measures that were being implemented to keep them safe. 

Through a combination of charming character based animations and a reassuringly regional voiceover, we brought the message to life in an engaging and relatable way.
