Telford. Event. Ready.

Telford International Centre

Your event, made better

It’s always a pleasure to work with clients who want to push boundaries and step outside of their comfort zone, and our ongoing collaboration with TIC is a great example of this.

Together, we have delivered a rebrand, website, and marketing campaigns that have allowed TIC to challenge and drive the events industry forward.

Our discovery sessions are at the heart of our brand process, and it’s always fascinating to see what they bring up. In TIC’s case, there were a bunch of things that the team were already doing that made a huge difference to clients, but weren’t being recognised as something to shout about. Our findings from these sessions allowed us to create a new brand that challenged the industry to do better, while highlighting TIC’s sense of family and commitment to go above and beyond for their clients.

Another key insight the discovery process brought to light was the confusion around TIC’s naming conventions. Affectionately known as TIC by staff and visitors, but officially called The International Centre, Telford, the venue was suffering from a bit of an identity crisis. We streamlined the official name to Telford International Centre, bringing the brand up to date while allowing it to remain recognisable to existing clients.

The perfect plan. One chance to pull it off.

The M&IT Agency Challenge is a highlight of the year for the events industry, providing venues with the perfect opportunity to showcase their offering. Tasked with creating a solution that would stand out amongst the various highlight videos and virtual tours, we put together a team of creatives to write, direct, and produce a short film to be premiered during TIC’s 10 minute slot.

Shot entirely on location, The Heist delivered an engaging and unexpected way for TIC to showcase their venue, while making sure they came away as the talking point of the event.

You’re always welcome in Telford
