Our work: TIC

Through in-depth conversations with Telford International Centre staff and their clients, we learnt that they build bespoke experiences around each client, in favour of the typical identikit solutions provided elsewhere. This level of care and effort was citied as a key reason for working with TIC, and something clients didn’t get from competitors.

Having established a genuinely valuable differentiator, we re-invented TIC with a new identity, website, social campaigns, and video content that communicates their unique proposition to a whole new audience.

The approach we took with P&Co is a great example of how seemingly minor design tweaks can make a huge improvement to the overall experience. With a visual makeover, improved search functionality, and a more considered user journey, we made life significantly easier for P&Co’s customers.
