When tasked with rebranding Telford International Centre, UX was at the heart of our approach. Pre-empting the question of ‘is this venue suitable for my event’, key information is immediately presented in a no-nonsense fashion, before an intuitive user journey guides potential clients towards booking a site tour and seeing the place for themselves.
For the annual M&IT Agency Challenge, TIC invited us to work on their most ambitious and boundary-pushing campaign yet. Not content to deliver a typical video showcase, we worked with TIC to create The Heist; a standalone short film, paying homage to familiar Hollywood tropes, shot entirely on-site at TIC. With lavish production values and an intriguing narrative, the film made TIC the talking point of the event, leaving attendees entertained, engaged, and educated. The overwhelmingly positive response was reinforced with a marketing campaign across email and social channels, enabling TIC to continue the conversation with existing and prospective clients.

We worked with premium entertainment provider Eight Ray Music to focus their approach to marketing, outreach, and brand awareness.
