Produce a Council document that communicated the succes of arts development work in the past combined with the plans for the future. The target audience would be officials and potential funders.
Solution
Create a document that presented a modern feel with a creative flair. The use of white space kept the information accessible whilst the cut out images combined with illustrations of flowing colour brought the document to life.
