Brief
Support Year 9 students to develop a Maths Trail around Bliss HIlls Victorian Museum, Telford. The Maths Trail is to be designed to encourage primary aged students to explore the museum and develop maths skills whilst on site.
Solution
Create a printed handout children can be given when they enter the museum. The handout contains a series of Maths based questions that relate to exhibits around the museum. Completed forms are then handed in as they leave to be entered into a prize draw.
To make the Maths Trail child friendly and look less like school work we created an illustrated victorian family who guided participants through the handout.
